Batching Operation
• Starting/Stopping - the batching equipment is started and stopped from the H.M.I Touchscreen. via the industrial PLC.
• Interlocking - all interlocking is done through the PLC.
• Safeties - all safeties is done through the PLC.
• Electric motors- electric motors are powered through the PLC.
• Hi/Low level indication – for alarming and for equipment shutdown if so desired.
• Scales – monitoring of scales. The PLC sends these values back to the computer to record actual usage.
• Liquid ingredients – capability to interfacing with many different flow meters, allowing automatic application of liquid ingredients with a required dry time mix and a required wet mix after liquid application.
